3. Redirect Your Parcel
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
4. Problems With Delivery Address
If the courier company tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.

6. Exchanges & Return
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 21 days of the date the order was placed. Every piece must be sent back unworn with its tag and in its original packaging. All sales and discounted items are final (non-refundable nor exchangeable).
Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings, therefore, we can’t accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewelry.

Please email us at email@example.com (subject line: RETURN) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of the purchase date. Please specify which product you are interested in returning, and the reason for this return. We welcome your feedback!
8. Return Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
9. Refund Duration
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take 7-10 business days of the day we receive the parcel, but it might take longer during busy periods. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
